Joshua is a lawyer practicing across various areas of employment relations, industrial relations and work health and safety. Joshua has experience acting for a wide range of clients in the public and private sector, including advising State and Local Government entities.
Joshua's experience includes advising clients regarding safety incidents, workplace investigations, termination of employment, underpayments, industrial action, adverse action, drafting and interpreting employment contracts, and workplace discrimination and harassment. As well as advising clients in these areas, Joshua also acts for clients in related litigation in various state and federal courts and tribunals.
Joshua was listed as a finalist in Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 for Health and Safety in 2021 and 2022.
