Ashlee has practised exclusively in employment law since her admission in 2013, and has worked in Queensland, New South Wales and as an Australian Qualified Lawyer in the UK.
Ashlee advises employers across a broad spectrum of workplace law, including workplace disputes, performance management, employee misconduct, retention of employees, employee terminations, workplace investigations, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, discrimination and workplace health and safety. She has also represented clients in complex employment related claims in Federal and State jurisdictions in matters involving breach of contract, enforcement of restraints of trade, industrial and bargaining disputes, unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, FWO prosecutions and employee status disputes.
Ashlee was recognised by Doyle's Guide in 2023 as a future leading lawyer within the Queensland employment, industrial relations and workplace health & safety legal market.
