Executive Employment

Senior Executives of both the private and public sector frequently call upon our advice in respect of all aspects of the employment relationship. We also advise Boards in relation to the employment of their company’s executives and senior managers.

We are experienced advisors in negotiating executive employment agreements consistent with ASX requirements and ASX Listing Rules, non-complete and restraint of trade matters, workplace disputes and investigations (including workplace health and safety prosecutions), disciplinary matters and termination of employment.

A number of senior executives in the public sector have called upon our assistance to advise and represent them during workplace investigations and associated legal proceedings, including Crime and Corruption Commission investigations and when giving evidence before various Royal Commissions.
