We have also worked with a number of clients to prepare, in advance, for litigation that is a particular business risk in their industry.  For example, we have developed  "industrial action response kits" for numerous clients that enable the client to very quickly obtain injunctive relief against unlawful industrial action in industries where such action is a material commercial risk.
