The Courts and Tribunals attract a significant number of discrimination claims.  Many applicants seek significant compensation and these claims can expose organisations and individuals involved to unwanted public attention and cost. We understand both the legal issues and process and also the importance of approaching these issues in a practical and sensitive way.

We have significant experience dealing with discrimination complaints (both in the employment context and more generally) in both the State and Federal jurisdictions for clients in the private sector and public service.
